Xbox fanboy arrested for PS3 vandalism
August 12, 2007
13-year-old boy had a visit with police after he was found vandalizing PlayStation 3's in an Anderson, South Carolina Toys "R" Us store. An employee noticed the boy's handiwork only after he had written "PS3 Sucks" with permanent black marker on 23 plastic game security cases. Local authorities were called in to deal with the issue, and when they could not reach the boy's parents, he was placed in the care of child services.
When asked why he did such a thing, the junior vandalizer said:

"I have an Xbox and I hate PlayStation. I found the marker lying on the shelf and I guess I was bored. Sorry."

Microsoft must be proud! Kind of makes you wonder where the boy's parents were though, not even knowing their kid is in a police station instead of in bed. It's just too bad this boy has decided on such strong allegiance to the Xbox when he's not even old enough to buy Halo as a minor. Ah well, I guess there's always Lego Star Wars.
